Our menu packages typically include food, cutlery, glassware, and linens where applicable. Additional rental items may be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges for smaller events.

Yes, unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 25 guests is required. Smaller orders may be subject to an additional service fee.

Absolutely. We offer custom menu planning, including vegan, lactose-free options. All of our chicken is Halal by default; Halal beef is available upon request.

Yes, for weddings and large events — tastings are available once your quote is approved and confirmed.

  • Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.
  • Final guest counts, menu selections, and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 7 business days before your event.
  • Same-day orders are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Yes. For large or private events, we require a detailed sequence of events (including deliveries and third-party setup) to be submitted to our team at least 4 weeks before the event. Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute adjustments may incur additional fees.

Yes. All events hosted at the National Gallery of Canada must comply with their operating hours and event guidelines. Any setup or teardown outside of those hours must be pre-approved by NGC management.
